Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or the carrier are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. The Perez Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
